This 2006 luxury condominium building sits just off of the the East River just South of the Williamsburg Bridge.  The views of Manhattan and the bridge are truly extraordinary. This condo is on the top floor of the building with two terraces and a beautiful double height space flooded with light.  It's getting a full facelift including a new stair and kitchen. The client wanted rich woods that speak to a refined rustic with dark metals and saturated colors.  The overall feel is one of contemporary and robust details with a warmth hominess.
