The expansive site connects the important arteries of Friedrichstraße and Oranienburger Straße.  This proposal creates a rich connection with the vibrant pedestrian flow and the artist community through a program that not only houses artists and visitors to Berlin, but also gives a new greenscape to pedestrians and provides spaces for artists to work and display their work.
